Although the company has grown considerably, Normand and André take care to keep it a family business. Normand, as president, is responsible for administration, sales, and marketing. André is the secretary-treasurer as well as being responsible for equipment, vehicle maintenance and the operational aspects of the two companies. Normand’s wife, Christine Laliberté, is the administrative assistant. Marc, who is Normand and André’s younger brother, also works in the company as a driver.

It’s not just the managers who are responsible for the company’s success; the latter also results from the excellent work of each of the twelve employees. Some of them have many years of experience, which represents a significant advantage that has contributed to the company’s achievement. Specialized technicians Denis, Stéphane and Yvan, in the three service trucks, carry out repairs and do new customer installations.  Deliverymen Gerry, Sylvain, Jean-Jacques, Marc and Roger ply the roads in six tankers, covering a territory whose borders extend from Montreal to Laval, including L'Épiphanie and ending up in Ste-Adèle. It’s a sizable territory that increases every year.
